About  Encarnacions... of Guinsang-an, Hamtic

          " the Encarnacion family as far as the researchers have found out states that, we rooted from a Spanish Military officer from Luzon, CLUWALDO ENCARNACION, particularly from Cavite. He had with him his two (2) legitimate sons when he was reassigned to Antique. While in the province, he concubined his ati (aeta) house helper and had a son, ANASTACIO ENCARNACION who married GREGORIA BLAZO and had eight (8) children:
 
        1. Hermigildo Encarnacion
        2. Alejandra Encarnacion
        3. Angela Encarnacion
        4. Margarita Encarnacion
        5. Gervancio Encarnacion
        6. Lazaro Encarnacion
        7. Pablo Encarnacion
        8. Facundo Encarnacion
 
          According to Auntie Delfa, when Apoy [1] Hermigildo's wife died he married his second wife Maria Labanon, they stowed away from Lupaan, Laua-an, Antique and went to Hamtic. They settled in Guinsang-an where they were blessed with four children namely; Alipio, Dolores, Fermin, and Juan. They are all deceased now(story of this will be updated in time).
 
          My grandfather, Alipio Encarnacion, married Alejandra Gallego Sumande a resident of Guinsang-an. They have five children; Jose (deceased), Nardo, Ledy, Delfa and Violeta.

Dolores remained single until her death. Fermin married Lola Itay Mensate. Papang Juan married Mamang Jaunita Mejeres Gerebite.

3-Nanay Ledy married Pedro Granton
Children: Nene Dalin, Dangdang and Polka
 
4-Auntie Delfa lives with us and never married...she sacrificed her own happiness to help raise    us to become  better and dignified individuals.
 
5-Violeta, my mother married Dionisio Dela Cruz Salcedo from Anini-y, Antique
Children: Mary June, me, Joenah, June III, Divmarch, Hope and Frenzy.

To anyone who may have any information regarding all the names and families mentioned herein, you are most welcome to send in your contributions, stories, family tree, and anything there is to make the Encarnacion Family Tree take its form.
 
   For the time being, this is just an overview of the Encarnacions.

Now that slowly my dream of completing the Encarnacion of Antique family tree is fast coming into a reality, and now that I know we rooted from LUZON (unofficially -- Cluwaldo Encarnacion was from Cavite ... anybody shade light to this, anybody from Cavite???), then I can say that I am beginning to feel complete as to the origin of my existence.
 
Anybody from Luzon ( Cavite ??? ) supplement us with the "History and Lineage" of the Encarnacions in Luzon. With the given fact that Cluwaldo Encarnacion - a spanish military from Luzon who was reassigned to Antique is a start to begin with.
 
To all Encarnacions in Iloilo (Jaro), Miag-ao, Negros and the whole of Region VI who may happen to set their eyes on this website, I am inviting all of you to come visit this site from time to time and if you want to contribute anything to make this site serve it's purpose of connecting all Encarnacions, you are most welcome. (I happen to have attended the burial of Dr. Encarnacion's mother (Jaro, Iloilo) several years back and I have found out that truly, ENCARNACION family is widespread.
 
And with this, I say, Mabuhay tayong lahat na nabibilang sa Encarnacion Family !!!
